Dr Wignall graduated University of Queensland in 1975. He was initially relieving medical superintendent at Bowen and Proserpine and has worked for 43 years in general practice. Dr Phil spent 15 years in rural practice in central Queensland. The past 30 years he has practiced on the Sunshine Coast.
Special interests in all aspects of general practice including varied surgical procedures performed under local anaesthesia. Interests outside of medicine include art and music .
